GEN 11 – InstantConnect Emergency Telecoms System

I.M.I.C.S. System

Incident Management and Information Capturing System (I.M.I.C.S.)

I.M.I.C.S. is the backend of MyVault and is accessible only to trained Emergency Response and Prevention Centre Dispatchers when a member activates their InstantConnect App, Halo-Device, or dials the E.R.P.C.

The system continually adapts to evolving criminal methods, technologies, and techniques. We currently manage 456 different case types related to human transgressions, concerns, or moral issues involving all life on Earth, including plant life, marine life, pets, animals, wildlife, and humanity.

We continually study each case type to understand the specific processes, timelines, expectations, emotions, and underlying motivations of members, communities, languages, cultures, freedoms, beliefs, countries of origin, and applicable laws.

We focus on upholding humanity’s universal relationships, our connection to one another, freedoms, love, and belonging for all living beings, regardless of the transgression, general concern, moral dilemma, or the nature or location of the reported incident.

We have implemented a directives library, which outlines specific tasks and timelines for each stage of an incident, arrest, trial, conviction, parole, and reintegration. These seven stages are applied to all cases, regardless of their duration or location in the world. Even if a criminal matter is not officially opened or required, we apply these same stages or expectations when a report or incident is filed and requires a conclusion or response at the request of a member, family, community, or nation. This journey is one of transgression or concern towards restoration or acceptance.

We merge the relevant processes into a single case briefcase for cases with multiple transgressions or concerns or those requiring extensive investigation. Each case briefcase can involve multiple complaints, members, users, victims, persons of interest, suspects or accused, and data entry points. These entry points can be media, electronic, private, on behalf of a Secret Beneficiary, or public.
